The menu shines with classic soul food treasures that tempt the senses and comfort the soul. Blue Skillet’s Catfish Dinner is a standout, featuring catfish with a delicate cornmeal crust that's crisped to perfection, complemented by hot sauce mashed potatoes and rich, savory gravy. Every bite embodies care and flavor, from the creamy mac-n-cheese to the hearty brown beans and classic green beans, reminding you of meals lovingly prepared in a Southern kitchen.
For those seeking a little variety, the Salmon Croquette Dinner offers two golden patties that balance flaky fish with just the right seasoning, paired beautifully with sides that embody comfort and tradition. Their baskets, ranging from Chicken Tenders to the Turkey World Burger, offer delightful options for casual dining with consistent quality and flavor.
Drinks like sweet tea, lemonade, and classic sodas round out the meal, perfectly balancing the savory richness on your plate.

We had a wonderful family dinner thanks to Chef Robert "Blue" Hughes and his crew. We had delicious, fresh-made catfish, baked chicken, chicken wings, meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans, stewed cabbage, mac and cheese, collard greens, and cornbread. Great flavors in every bite and Auntie Arnetta's beautiful, energetic hospitality made us feel right at home. So much laughter and great stories! A night to remember. We'll be back!

The quintessential comfort food spot! Chef Blue Skillet is an outstanding cook, man, and restaurant owner! The food here is out of this world amazing. I will make a point to eat here multiple times per year. We had Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, Mac n cheese, corn bread, cabbage, green beans, and apple pie. Oh my oh my! So yummy! Highly recommend! Extremely clean inside as well.
First of all, the food- homemade from scratch and better than your mama makes, big portions and lots of choices. Second of all, the hospitality- family owned and run, food made with love and excellent service. Third, the catfish- Cornmeal crust, juicy and absolutely perfect. It is now our place in Lexington. You have to go!
Some of the best catfish I’ve had! The ladies that waited on us were extremely nice and friendly! The cook Carl came out and visited with us. They were all a class act. Highly recommend!
My food was tasty and very good. Customer service was amazing. thanks to The Chef!. The fish, green beans, cornbread and mashed potatoes were delicious. Can't wait to come back and try something else on the menu.
I wanted good southern soul food the entire time on a trip to Pigeon Forge and came up short each time. Finally found the spot on the way home to Ohio. Can't rave enough about this food: extremely friendly, black owned business with patrons who kept us entertained the entire time. Hot wings, ribs, best catfish I've had in ages, coleslaw, greens, and mac & cheese
